RETURNS POLICY

The Razor Den offers our customers a 14 day, 100% satisfaction guarantee.

In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations and Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations, The Razor Den offers you a 14 day, 100% return guarantee.

Once you receive your order you have 14 days from the day after you received your delivery to decide if you want to keep the goods, or return them to us for a full refund.

In order to do this, you must provide us with notice of a return within the 14 day period. This notice can be sent to us via email or via the contact form.

Simply return the item(s) in their original packaging / appropriate packaging to us and we will refund you.

Please note: If the item(s) have been damaged before returning to us we reserve the right to reduce any refunds by an appropriate amount.

Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless there was a problem with the item.

We are unable to process refunds until after we have received the original goods back. If you have not been refunded after 14 days of returning an item, please contact us with a clear copy (photo or scanned image) of your Post Office receipt so we can investigate the matter.

For all returns please contact us by email first and we will send you instructions. Any items sent back to us without prior acknowledgement could result in a delay on processing your refund.
