Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Yes, we ship to Europe, India, USA, Australia, Japan, Russia, South America, etc. If you have any issues ordering an item please contact us and we will do our best to resolve your issue.
Q: What are your delivery times?
A: We aim to process and ship orders within 2 working days and then please allow 3-5 working days for your item to arrive.
Q: Do I need to sign for my delivery?
A: All standard orders are sent via ‘Royal Mail Signed For’ so will require somebody to be at the delivery address to sign for the item. The exception to this rule is for ‘small packets’ which are purely sent Royal Mail 2nd Class and will fit though the letter box without requiring a signature. See the below question to see which items are classed as ‘small packets’.
If a signature is required for your item and you are not home when it arrives; Royal Mail will leave a ‘Something For You’ card which will enable you to either ring up and re-arrange delivery or for you to go to your local sorting office to pick the parcel up.
If you know you’re not going to be around to sign for a delivery then we recommend that you choose a different delivery address for you item, such as a neighbour or your workplace. If you are unable to specify a different delivery address at checkout then please continue with the order and then send us a message with your alternative delivery address.
Q: What items are classed as ‘small packets’?
A: At this moment in time the only items that are classed as ‘small packets’ are razor blades and they have a cheaper shipping price to ‘standard’ items. These items are sent Royal Mail 2nd Class and will fit through a letter box without requiring a signature.
